Australian Dental Association

The Australian Dental Association (ADA) is “an organisation of dentists which has as its aim the encouragement of the health of the public and the promotion of the art and science of dentistry."

The University Continuing Dental Education Committee (UCDEC) promotes within UWA, and the dental profession, postgraduate and continuing dental education, as well as research other than that leading to higher degrees.

Programs

A wide range of continuing education programs are offered each year by a number of providers.

Most notable are the University Continuing Dental Education Committee (UCDEC) and the Australian Dental Association (WA).

The Oral Health Centre provides many of the courses. A number of other courses are provided from time to time at the Centre by dental material and equipment manufacturers, as well as by dedicated training or course providers. Program details for are provided online by University Extension.
